  Insurance. A rather dull and boring subject to me. I've honestly never really understood it except it was something I needed to buy and hopefully never use. Car insurance was easier to understand than my homeowners policy which I really could never begin to understand. I had the pleasure of working with Brendan Casper a couple of months ago. He patiently listened to my questions. He also patiently waited for me to find the answers to his questions. I kept apologizing to him for my complete lack of understanding and he was very kind and professional with me. I've honestly never had someone I felt was actually concerned about my insurance needs before. I've always felt I was dodging the person on the phone. I've always felt they were trying to sell me something I really didn't need or want. Brendan Casper saved me 670.00 on my homeowners insurance that I have been overpaying for the last 17 years. That's a lot of money to me. This young man is smart and honest and kind. I'm a brand new Allstate insurance client and I've never been happier.
